Baker Tree & Garden LLC pledges to perform all work in accordance with client wishes and arboricultural best practices. All reasonable precautions to prevent future tree failure and fulfill client expectations will be taken. However, Baker Tree & Garden LLC staff cannot detect or mitigate all risk to person or property posed by trees, especially in adverse weather events including but not limited to wind, rain, flooding, lighting, snow, or ice storms. By accepting this quote and scheduling work the client agrees that upon completion of work the client releases Baker Tree & Garden LLC from any liability for tree damage, decline, death, property damage, or personal injury relating to the trees and/or plants serviced and work performed.
